When you purchase a codex, Stripe processes your payment directly — we never see or store your card details. Stripe shares your email address with us to fulfill your order and send your unlock link. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else.
Your email is used solely to deliver your purchase confirmation and unlock link via our fulfillment provider (Resend). We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not send unsolicited email. Correspondence about refunds goes to elura172@proton.me and stays there.
A signed, encrypted token confirming which codices you've unlocked is stored in your browser (as a cookie and in local storage). It contains no personal information — only your access scope and an expiry date. Clearing your cookies simply means re-verifying your purchase via your original Stripe receipt link, which works indefinitely.
The complete Florence Field Codex is free, in full, with no purchase required — read it before you buy anything else. If a paid codex does not justify its price, write to us within 30 days of purchase and the money returns to you. You keep the files either way. We use Stripe for payment processing, Vercel for hosting, and Resend for transactional email. Each handles data under their own privacy policies, linked here for reference: Stripe, Vercel, Resend.
